Our FTP File Submission Instructions:

1. Place all your artwork files into one new folder in your computer.
Name that the folder your Order Number.

2. Compress the folder using either .zip format (windows) or .sit (mac).
*Please verify that your compressed files is under 50megs. If it is over 50megs. please mail us a disk with a return self addressed stamped envelope to:

3. Upload your compressed job folder into the folder or directory:/web directory of our ftp server.

4. After your file has finished uploading, it is important to send us an email at files@mendezprinting.com and let us know your file is ready so we can retrieve and delete it from the FTP server. Please include on the e-mail kind of paper, quantity, size and other specifications of your order.
